Each participant must register individually. It is not possible to register multiple people using the same congress account, and registration on behalf of someone else is not permitted. 1 Als Neumitglied gilt, wer im Jahr 2024 und 2025 bzw. bis Kongressbeginn 2026 der DGKJP beigetreten ist und den Mitgliedsbeitrag bis zum Kongressbeginn bezahlt hat. Diese Vergünstigung gilt einmalig. Bitte kontaktieren Sie die DGKJP e.V., um sich als Neumitglied anzumelden (www.dgkjp.de).
2 Die DGKJP vergibt nach dem Windhundprinzip an die ersten 100 angemeldeten Student:innen ein DGKJP-Kongressstipendium. Als Stipendiaten erhalten Sie pauschal 300 EUR (110 EUR Teilnahmegebühren + 190 EUR für sonstige Ausgaben). Stipendien sind reserviert für Studierende auf dem 1. Bildungsweg mit entsprechendem Nachweis und richten sich an Mediziner:innen, Psycholog:innen und andere mit KJP-Interesse. Bitte laden Sie Ihre Immatrikulationsbescheinigung hoch. Die Auszahlung der Stipendien erfolgt im Anschluss an den Kongress ab KW 20 in 2026 unter Nachweis entsprechender Dokumente (Anmelde- und Teilnahmebestätigung) durch die DGKJP Geschäftsstelle (geschaeftsstelle@dgkjp.de). Die Erstattung kann bis Ende Mai KW 22 in 2026 beantragt werden. Die DGKJP-Geschäftsstelle informiert alle DGKJP-Stipendiat:innen zum Prozess der Kostenerstattung nach dem Kongress.

Upon receipt of your registration and payment, the Congress and Exhibition Office will send you a confirmation by email that also serves as your invoice. If you have any questions regarding your invoice or confirmation, please contact the Congress and Exhibition Office at tri2026@cpo-hanser.de.
Please note: All registration fees include 19% German VAT. Kindly ensure that the correct invoice address and VAT number is entered during the online registration process, as invoices will be issued based on the information provided. According to Section 14 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), a VAT number is only required on an invoice if the recipient is a business entity. For private individuals (i.e., non-business customers), the invoice must not include the recipient’s VAT number, since private persons typically do not have one.
Once you have registered online for the TRI 2026 please arrange payment of the registration fee. All payments should be made in EURO and can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Particularly for payments from outside Germany, we strongly recommend using a credit card, as charges for bank transfers may apply on both sides.

In the event of cancellation of your participation by (date), the registration fee will be refunded minus a processing fee (percentage) of the registration fee. After (date), no refunds will be issued. Please notify the Congress and Exhibition Office at tri2026@cpo-hanser.de of your cancellation in writing.

We understand that unexpected situations such as personal illness can arise. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations due to personal illness. We appreciate your understanding.
If an abstract is rejected and the author chooses not to attend the congress, a full refund of the registration fee will be granted. To qualify, written notification must be submitted within two weeks of receiving the rejection notice. If no notification is received within this period, it will be assumed that the individual intends to attend, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Upon request to the Congress and Exhibition Office at tri2026@cpo-hanser.de, the congress organizer will send a formal letter of invitation to registered (and paid) delegates for visa purposes. We generally need the following details from the congress participant: first name, last name, date of birth, passport number, issued date, expiry date, nationality.
It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support. Invitation letters will be sent by email or upon request by postal mail. In case an express delivery is needed, the delegate shall order a courier at her/his own expense.
